Gujarat Deputy CM Harsh Sanghavi meets milk producers in Kheda

Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi participated in a special interaction programme in the Mahemdavad taluka of Kheda district as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan 2026. During the event, Sanghavi met with committee members of the Women Milk Producers’ Cooperative Society and local villagers.

As part of the Seva Yatra, the Deputy Chief Minister traveled from Gandhinagar to the venue by motorcycle alongside young workers. The initiative aims to visit villages to perform cleanliness activities and provide services to cowsheds and old-age homes, with participants traveling over 2,200 kilometres to Kashi.

Addressing the attendees, Sanghavi highlighted various government schemes, including the PM Awas Yojana for housing, ‘Izzat Ghar’ for household toilets, and the Kisan Samman Nidhi for direct financial deposits to farmers. He also noted improvements in rural infrastructure, such as increased access to electricity and irrigation water, and encouraged support for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
