Gujarat Government Launches Online Subscriptions for Official Publications

The Government of Gujarat has introduced online subscription services for its two official publications, Gujarat Pakshik and Gujarat Rojgar Samachar. Gujarat Pakshik, a fortnightly magazine in circulation since 1960, will cost ₹50 per year, while the weekly Gujarat Rojgar Samachar, a guide to youth employment opportunities, will cost ₹30 per year. Both titles can be subscribed to or renewed through a dedicated website, which also offers free downloads of all issues.

Each issue now carries a QR code to simplify registration. In the previous year, the digital editions recorded 16,923 downloads of Gujarat Pakshik and 17,816 downloads of Gujarat Rojgar Samachar, reflecting strong interest among students and job‑seekers. The initiative aims to improve access to exam preparation material and employment information for competitive‑exam aspirants and young job seekers in Gujarat.
