Gujarat holds investment roadshow in Jaipur for 2027 summit

The Gujarat government conducted an investment roadshow in Jaipur to promote the 11th Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit (VGGS) 2027. Scheduled to take place in Gandhinagar from January 10 to 12, the summit aims to engage industrialists and investors ahead of the main event.

During the roadshow, Gujarat Minister of State Kunvarji Bavaliya and Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) Managing Director Shalini Agrawal highlighted various sectors for potential investment, including semiconductors, renewable energy, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and data centers. Agrawal noted that Gujarat is working toward a roadmap for 2047, with a target to contribute USD 3.5 trillion to India’s goal of becoming a USD 30 trillion economy.

The state plans to continue its outreach through various Indian cities during October and November. The upcoming summit will feature trade exhibitions, buyer-seller meetings, and dedicated platforms for startups and technology companies.
