The proposed legislation includes the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amendment Bill, aimed at providing relief to traders and exporters, and the Gujarat Land Revenue Amendment Bill to regularize old land transactions. Additionally, the assembly will consider the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Amendment Bill, which will bring government-aided private schools under specific legal frameworks regarding teacher and non-teaching staff recruitment.

Further legislative action includes the Livestock Feed, Poultry Feed, and Mineral Mixture Bill, which seeks to regulate feed and mineral mixtures for livestock. Following the introduction of these bills, the house will review annual and performance reports from various government boards and corporations.
