Gujarat Police raid gambling den in Mehsana

The State Monitoring Cell of the Gujarat Police conducted a raid on an alleged gambling den located at Jilani Farm near Poida village in the Mehsana district. During the operation, authorities arrested 16 individuals and seized assets valued at approximately Rs 39 lakh.

The seized items include Rs 4,79,860 in cash, 24 mobile phones worth Rs 2.30 lakh, and 11 vehicles valued at Rs 31.90 lakh. Police have declared 35 additional people wanted in connection with the case, including the alleged primary operator, Arif Abdulbhai Saiyed, and Jilani Hanifbhai Sindhi, who is accused of providing the premises.
