Gujarat Public Service Commission Reschedules Exam to August 1 Due to Heavy Rain

The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) postponed the statewide examination originally slated for 26 July 2026 because of heavy rain across Ahmedabad and other parts of the state. Officials cited candidate safety and severe traffic disruptions caused by water‑logged roads as the reasons for the delay.

The exam has been rescheduled for 1 August 2026 at 3 pm, covering recruitment for 34 different cadres. Candidates are instructed to bring required documents, including the admit card, and to follow the new guidelines issued by GPSC.
