Gulf Energy Development to issue four sets of debentures
Gulf Energy Development (GULF) is preparing to issue four sets of debentures and digital debentures to the general public. The offerings include maturities of 4, 5, 7 (digital), and 10 years, with interest payments scheduled every six months.
According to Chief Financial Officer Yupapin Wangviwat, the funds are intended to support long-term growth and expansion in energy, infrastructure, digital, and telecommunications businesses, including data centers and clean energy. The company’s credit rating is ‘AA-’ with a ‘Stable’ outlook from TRIS Rating.
Subscription is expected to take place from October 19 to 21, 2026. The 4, 5, and 10-year debentures will be available through eight leading financial institutions, with a minimum subscription of 100,000 Baht per unit. The 7-year digital debenture will be available via the ‘Paotang’ application, offering a lower entry point with a minimum subscription of 1,000 Baht.
