GullivAir to restore direct Sofia–Yerevan flights in November 2026

The Bulgarian Embassy in Armenia has announced the planned restoration of direct flights between Sofia and Yerevan, starting November 7, 2026. The route is expected to be operated by the Bulgarian airline GullivAir.

According to the embassy, the initiative is the result of efforts by Ambassador Nikola Nikolov and the assistance of Captain Yanko Ivanov, the owner of GullivAir. The new connection aims to enhance connectivity between Bulgaria and Armenia, fostering cooperation in business, tourism, culture, and sports.

While preliminary information suggests flights may operate on Saturdays during November with round-trip prices starting at approximately 279.14 EUR, GullivAir has not yet released an official schedule, aircraft type, or confirmed flight frequencies. Travelers are advised to wait for official confirmation from the carrier before making travel arrangements.
