Gunawan Trismuwantara qualifies for M-15 Bali main draw

Indonesian tennis player Gunawan Trismuwantara has secured a spot in the main draw of the M-15 Amman Mineral Men's World Tennis Championship 2026 in Bali. After defeating Australian Sebastian Huggins in the first qualifying round, the 23-year-old overcame a first-set loss to beat Japan's Haruto Ishikawa in a qualifying final. The match was decided by a super tie-break, with Gunawan winning 4-6, 6-4, and 10-7.

In the same qualifying series held at the Bali Beach Country Club, 17-year-old Ethan David Zapp also advanced toward the main draw after defeating fellow Indonesian Dewana Gustaman 6-2, 6-3. Gunawan joins other Indonesian representatives, including Anthony Susanto, Nathan Barki, and Rafalentino Ali Da Costa, in the main tournament.
