Gundam and Hololive Production announce collaboration

The Gundam franchise and VTuber group Hololive Production have announced a special collaboration project. The partnership includes the release of METAL ROBOT魂 figures featuring custom designs inspired by Hololive talents. Specifically, Hoshimachi Suisei will be paired with the Sazabi, and Sakura Miko will be paired with the ν Gundam. Pre-orders for these figures are scheduled to begin on August 27, 2026, with shipping expected in January 2027.

The collaboration also features a wide array of visual content, including illustrations of 12 Hololive members wearing pilot suits. These members are paired with various Mobile Suits, such as Fubuki Shirakami with the Gundam Exia, Usada Pekora with the Unicorn Gundam, and Marine Houshou with the Crossbone Gundam X1. The project will expand to include mini-novels, a serialization in Gundam Ace, collaborative music, and special music videos.
