Gundam Universe announces 2026 releases of Freedom Gundam and Char’s Zaku models

Sunrise’s Gundam Universe line will add two renewal model kits in October 2026. The ZGMF‑X10A Freedom Gundam Renewal, priced at ¥4,400, features a high‑mat full‑burst mode, a universal reaction frame and interchangeable beam sabers, including a linked‑blade “Ambidextrous Halberd.” The MS‑06S Char’s Zaku II Renewal, also ¥4,400, incorporates a movable mono‑eye and universal reaction frame that allow pose‑matching of the iconic machine‑gun and bazooka configurations. Both kits are scheduled for reservation starting 1 June 2026 and will be sold through toy stores, electronics retailers and online platforms across Japan.
