GungHo Online Entertainment shifts LET IT DIE: INFERNO to PvE

GungHo Online Entertainment has announced that Season 4 of LET IT DIE: INFERNO will launch on September 8, 2026. The upcoming season, themed “Hell Gate’s Great Tectonic Shift,” will remove PvEvP functionality to focus entirely on PvE gameplay. Running through December 7, the update will introduce 21 new maps, new enemies such as the Riffgeist and Puppetrider, and two new weapons: the Chela and the Chemical Popper.

Following the conclusion of its online services, the publisher has also released an offline version of the original LET IT DIE for PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam, priced at $19.99. While Solo Mode can now be played offline, Duo Mode will remain an online feature. Existing players have until November 30 to transfer their save data to the offline version on the same platform.
