Gunzenhausen housing project reaches construction milestone

The Stiftung Hensoltshöhe celebrated a milestone for its residential construction project in Gunzenhausen with a traditional topping-out ceremony. The development, located along the new Ernest-Mehl-Straße, consists of four three-story residential buildings and a shared underground garage.

The project will provide a total of 39 apartments, ranging from two to four rooms, covering approximately 3,150 square meters of living space. The construction utilizes a modular system by Goldbeck, which employs prefabricated walls to reduce construction times and ensure high quality through factory-controlled manufacturing.
