Gurugram kidnapping: child rescued after two relatives arrested

Police in Gurugram rescued a five‑year‑old boy who had been kidnapped by two relatives of the child's father. The suspects, a 19‑year‑old auto‑rickshaw driver from Ulhawas village and a 30‑year‑old unemployed man from Delhi's Shaheen Bagh, were arrested after a ransom call demanding Rs 1.5 lakh. The child was recovered safely, and the auto‑rickshaw used in the crime was seized. Authorities are questioning the accused.

The incident was reported following a complaint that the boy went missing while playing near his father's tea stall in the Chakkarpur area. The police operation involved the local crime branch and the police post at Chakarpur.
