Gurugram real estate developers announce luxury projects and expansions

Real estate developers in Gurugram are announcing significant expansions and new luxury projects. County Group has unveiled plans for an ultra-luxury residential development in Sector 88A, spanning approximately 24 acres. The project, which has an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs 4,500 crore, will feature 844 residences across nine towers. The development is designed with a pedestrian-first layout and biophilic elements, including residential decks intended to accommodate living trees.

Separately, MRG Group has announced the expansion of the clubhouse at its MRG Crown residential development. The facility, named Club Jewel, has been increased from 22,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet. The expansion aims to enhance the community's lifestyle infrastructure by providing more space for wellness, recreation, and social amenities.
