Gustavo Petro proposes civic strike in Nariño

Former President Gustavo Petro has proposed a civic strike in the Nariño department to support Governor Luis Alfonso Escobar. The call follows a confrontation with current President Abelardo de la Espriella, who warned the governor against conducting independent negotiations with armed groups.
