Gusttavo Lima Returns to Barretos Rodeo as Ambassador, Stays in Motorhome

Sertanejo star Gusttavo Lima will serve as ambassador for the 71st Festa do Peão de Barretos, marking his first appearance at the event in three years. He is scheduled to perform on 22 August and again on 29 August, and will take part in a cavalcade on 25 August. Rather than staying in a hotel, Lima will live in a motorhome parked near the rodeo grounds, a setup he says offers comfort and proximity to the shows.

The singer’s return also includes a televised appearance on Globo after an eight‑year absence, with live coverage on Multishow, Globo, Globoplay and related platforms. The performance fee he receives is slated for donation to the Complexo Oncológico de Referência do Estado de Goiás (CORA), a cancer treatment centre linked to the Hospital de Amor.
