Guy Ritchie directs new action film In the Grey

British director Guy Ritchie continues his exploration of the moral ambiguity between legality and crime with his film ‘In the Grey’. The production features a cast including Jake Gyllenhaal, Henry Cavill, and Eiza González.

The plot follows characters Bronco (Gyllenhaal) and Sid (Cavill), specialists operating in ambiguous spaces, who are recruited by Rachel (González) to recover a fortune of 1,000 million dollars seized by Manny Salazar (Carlos Bardem). The film explores the blurred lines between agents, mercenaries, and criminals.

Following its US release in May 2026, the film is scheduled for release in Spain on September 18, distributed by Diamond Films. The cast also includes Rosamund Pike, Fisher Stevens, and Kristofer Hivju.
