Guzman y Gomez introduces BBQ Beef Rib to permanent menu

Guzman y Gomez (GYG) has announced the launch of BBQ Beef Rib as a permanent menu addition, marking the first new filling for the chain in five years. The product is made from 100% Australian beef and is topped with the company’s signature Chipotle BBQ Sauce.

The development of the new menu item took 12 months and was led by GYG Director of Culinary Nate Appleman. The BBQ Beef Rib can be added to various menu items, including burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and the Caesar range. It is currently available at all GYG locations via dine-in, takeaway, and drive-thru services.
