Gävleborg Health Care Party Pushes for Localized, Patient‑Centric Services

Sjukvårdspartiet Gävleborg called for “good and close” health care in the region, urging the development and strengthening of local health centres and the introduction of mobile solutions to keep care patient‑centric. The party opposes centralising services, arguing that longer distances worsen care.

It also proposes establishing intermediate care units within hospitals and patient hotels adjoining maternity wards to allow families to stay near the hospital until discharge. The party urges voters to support their health‑care platform on September 13.
