Gwalior: Minor girl allegedly raped by Instagram acquaintance

In Gwalior, a 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a man named Amit Jatav after he exploited a friendship established on Instagram. The accused reportedly lured the student to a hotel in the Thatipur area under the pretext of a conversation while she was on her way to coaching classes.

According to police, the suspect threatened to kill the victim when she resisted his advances. An accomplice reportedly stood watch outside the hotel during the incident. The suspect fled the scene after leaving the victim near the Baradari intersection. Local police have registered a case and are currently searching for the accused and his associate.
