Gwanak-gu to recruit 21 startups for Gwanak S-Valley

Gwanak-gu is recruiting 21 new companies to occupy startup spaces within the Gwanak S-Valley ecosystem. The initiative aims to revitalize the local innovation landscape by providing stable business environments for high-potential ventures.

Selected companies will be placed across five major facilities: Nakseong Venture Startup Center, Nakseongdae Community Center branch, Sillim Venture Startup Center 1, Sillim Venture Startup Center 3, and the Startup Center. Applicants can choose between resident independent office spaces or non-resident offices.

Eligibility is open to venture companies, prospective entrepreneurs, or startups founded within the last seven years. Companies specializing in new industries such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and intelligent robotics may apply if they have been in operation for up to ten years.

In addition to affordable rent, the district offers technical consulting through the Seoul National University Engineering Consulting Center, expert mentoring, support for participating in domestic and international exhibitions, and investment opportunities via the Gwanak S-Valley Startup Support Fund. The application deadline is November 16, with final selections scheduled to move in starting January 2027.
