Gwanak Small and Medium Business Promotion Agency selected as startup mentor

The Gwanak Small and Medium Business Promotion Agency has been selected as a mentor institution for the second ‘Everyone’s Startup Project,’ a national entrepreneurship audition hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and managed by the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development.

One year after its establishment, the agency will support the entire startup process, including idea discovery, expert mentoring, commercialization, and investment linkage. The agency operates seven startup spaces, such as the Nakseong and Sillim Venture Startup Centers, with the capacity to nurture up to 52 companies. It also provides support for global market entry through participation in major exhibitions like CES.

Through this project, the agency aims to expand the local startup ecosystem under the ‘Gwanak S-Valley 3.0’ initiative. The program will target prospective entrepreneurs including youth, homemakers, and office workers, helping them transform ideas into viable business models. The Seoul Startup Cafe Nakseong branch will serve as the ‘Everyone’s Startup Gwanak Center’ to support these activities.
