Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Association resolves 20-year land dispute

Lee Dong-wook, President of the Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Association, has successfully resolved a 20-year land dispute regarding the association's headquarters in Yongin. The resolution involved securing ownership of a 323-square-meter unregistered plot and acquiring additional land for parking, bringing the total secured area to approximately 1,954 square meters.

Since taking office in 2018, Lee has focused on stabilizing the association's operations and protecting member assets. Beyond the real estate dispute, he has prioritized practical support for physicians, including the operation of a grievance handling center to assist with administrative issues, legal responses, and medical disputes.
