Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education hosts student art exhibition

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education held the ‘Real Arts Story’ (RAS) student creative presentation at the Gyeonggi School of Arts and Creativity. The event showcased the results of student-led arts education, featuring 172 students who participated in professional arts education programs.

Under the theme ‘SHOW ME THE Me, Show the Me Inside Me,’ students organized and presented approximately 130 works across various genres, including media art, webtoons, ceramics, textile art, and digital drawing. In addition to exhibitions, students acted as docents to explain their creative processes and intentions to the roughly 500 attendees, which included parents, teachers, and local residents.

The event also included interactive art experiences, such as stop-motion and sound art programs, allowing visitors to engage directly with different artistic mediums. Superintendent Ahn Min-seok noted the importance of integrating reading, arts, and sports into daily life to support student growth and communication.
