Gyeongsang National University opens second semester enrollment for local residents
Gyeongsang National University (GNU) Marine Fisheries Future Education Institute is recruiting students for its second semester of the ‘2026 Open University for Local Residents’. This initiative is part of the Glocal University project, aimed at expanding lifelong learning opportunities and fostering cooperation between the university and the local community.
The program offers five specialized courses designed to meet local demand, including senior care and hospital accompaniment, dementia prevention and health management, urban sketching, digital poetry, and park golf referee training. Most courses are free of charge, though separate fees may apply for certain private certification processes. Registration is open from September 7 to September 18, with classes beginning on September 28.
