Gyereket a magasba! community event scheduled for September 26

The “Gyereket a magasba!” (Lift the Children High!) initiative, organized by the Három Királyfi, Három Királylány Mozgalom, is holding its ninth community event on September 26. Families and communities across various locations in Hungary and cross-border sites will participate in a synchronized symbolic gesture of lifting their children to highlight the value of children and family life.

In Miskolc, the event includes a family picnic at the Gárdonyi Géza Cultural Center featuring fitness demonstrations, storytelling, and folk activities. Meanwhile, the 44th Csallóközi Fair in Slovakia will also feature the “Gyereket a magasba!” program as part of its Saturday festivities. The fair includes a wide range of cultural activities, such as children's music, folk dance performances, film screenings, and a concert by Chico & the Gypsies.
