Gymnasium St. Christophorus mourns educator Dr. Otmar Kampert

The Gymnasium St. Christophorus in Werne is mourning the sudden death of upper secondary school coordinator Dr. Otmar Kampert, who passed away on July 26 at the age of 63.

School principal Sandra Crämer informed students of the unexpected loss during the summer holidays. In an obituary, school leadership, including General Vicar Dr. Klaus Winterkamp, expressed that they were "stunned and sad," noting Kampert's warmth and his significant contributions to the school community. Following the school holidays, the administration plans to provide opportunities for students and staff to participate in discussions and collective remembrance.
