Gymnastics events held in Vienna and Ried im Innkreis

Gymnastics events are taking place across Austria, featuring both public demonstrations and organizational preparations for major upcoming festivals.

At Vienna's Heldenplatz, Turnsport Austria is hosting a diverse program for the ‘Tag des Sports’. The event includes artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, and sport aerobics. High-profile participants such as Ksenia Dvornyak and Amanda Jantsky are scheduled to perform. The event also features interactive stations where visitors can try various apparatuses, including the balance beam, horizontal bar, and floor exercises.

In Ried im Innkreis, approximately 100 participants gathered for a kickoff weekend to prepare for the 13th ÖTB-Bundesturnfest, scheduled for July 15–18, 2027. The weekend included workshops on new competition formats, such as the club competition and the senior pennant competition, as well as rehearsals for songs and dances intended for the 2027 festival.
