Gymnasts Vetter and Weissenhofer prepare for World Championships in Rotterdam
Gymnasts Gino Vetter and Julia Weissenhofer are preparing to compete at the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Rotterdam.
Austrian gymnast Gino Vetter, representing Turnerschaft Lustenau, returns to the international stage with a more difficult program. After qualifying at the European Championships in Zagreb, Vetter has focused on increasing technical difficulty and stability, particularly on the pommel horse, horizontal bar, and rings. He aims to execute his routines cleanly across all six apparatuses.
Julia Weissenhofer is set to become the first gymnast from Liechtenstein to compete at a World Championship. After missing the previous championships in Jakarta due to injury, she qualified via the European Championships in Zagreb. Weissenhofer will compete in the all-around competition on Monday, October 19, aiming to build upon her recent performance at the Swiss Championships.
