Gymshark appoints Matt Rogers as Chief Supply Chain Officer

Gymshark announced that Matt Rogers, previously Global Supply Chain Director and former ASOS group supply chain director, has been promoted to Chief Supply Chain Officer. In the new role Rogers will oversee the company's end‑to‑end supply chain, including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and customer delivery, and joins the executive committee reporting to founder‑CEO Ben Francis.

Francis highlighted Rogers' impact since joining in 2023, noting his leadership in overhauling the supply chain function. The appointment follows other senior hires, including former Boden executive Shaun Perkinson as Chief Technology Officer. Reports also indicate Francis is negotiating a buy‑back of part of the 21% stake held by US private‑equity firm General Atlantic, further tightening his control of the business.
