Gynecologist Gustavo K. remains detained amid multiple allegations

A gynecologist identified as Gustavo K. remains in custody in Resistencia, Argentina, facing multiple legal challenges. While he was previously acquitted in April 2023 of charges involving an attempt to terminate a pregnancy without consent and threats against an ex-partner due to insufficient evidence, he currently faces seven allegations of sexual abuse and two counts of medical malpractice.
