Gypsy Rose Blanchard disputes suicide reports regarding Ken Urker

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has expressed her belief that her partner, Ken Urker, did not die by suicide. While official cause of death is pending toxicology results, Blanchard stated she is “100% certain” that his death was not a suicide.

Blanchard launched an anti-cyberbullying petition following Urker's passing, highlighting the profound negative impact that online scrutiny had on his mental health. She noted that Urker frequently encountered hateful, slanderous, and demeaning commentary across platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. According to Blanchard, this extreme cyberbullying contributed to his use of unhealthy coping mechanisms, including drugs and alcohol.

In a separate tribute, Blanchard shared that she is preserving personal items belonging to Urker, such as his favorite jacket and a Seattle Seahawks hoodie, to honor his memory. She has pledged to protect his legacy and advocate for the dignity and respect he deserved both in life and in death.
