Győző Gáspár announces sale of iconic Nógrádmegye home

Győző Gáspár and his family have announced plans to sell or long-term lease their family home in Nógrádmegye. The property gained national recognition in Hungary as a frequent filming location for the television show ‘Édes élet’.

The house, described as a Mediterranean-style purple residence, is being offered fully furnished. While Gáspár has not disclosed a specific asking price, stating a desire to negotiate with potential buyers, the family is also open to corporate long-term rental agreements.

Zsolt Gáspár, the brother of Győző, has expressed skepticism regarding the move, claiming that Győző frequently lists the house for sale every two years. Real estate experts noted that while the property's fame may generate interest, celebrity status does not automatically guarantee a higher sale price.
