Güzelbahçe Municipality signs collective labor agreements
Güzelbahçe Municipality in İzmir has finalized collective bargaining agreements to define the economic and social rights of its employees. The agreements cover civil servants, permanent workers, and personnel working within municipal companies.
Negotiations resulted in agreements with the Tüm Bel-Sen 2nd Branch for civil servants, and with the Belediye-İş Union 4th Branch for permanent and company employees. Ayşe Akın, the Deputy Mayor of Güzelbahçe, stated that the contracts aim to protect workers' labor and strengthen their rights against economic pressures while maintaining the municipality's financial sustainability.
