The controversial article attempted to draw parallels between the two figures, suggesting that Trường Giang shares Chaplin’s persona of creating laughter from personal hardship and past traumas. The author further speculated that such individuals might seek to prove their worth through relationships with beautiful women after overcoming poverty or social dismissal.

Hà Anh responded directly to the post, stating that while she did not wish to comment on the entire analysis due to a lack of expertise on the subject, she found the comparison to Charlie Chaplin to be an excessive exaggeration. She argued that the two men share no similarities regarding talent, influence, career, or life philosophy.
