H. Moser & Cie. launches Streamliner Off-Grid hybrid watches

Swiss watchmaker H. Moser & Cie. has introduced the Streamliner Off-Grid, a new collection of ana-digi hybrid watches. This release follows the brand’s previous partnership with the Alpine Motorsports Formula 1 team, specifically the Streamliner Alpine Mechanics Edition.

The Off-Grid collection features cushion-shaped steel cases measuring 42.6mm in diameter and 14.4mm in thickness. The watches are available in two PVD-coated versions: one with a blue coating and a ‘Blackor’ fumé dial, and another with a black coating and a red dial. The design utilizes a skeletonized dial that exposes the internal circuitry beneath a minimalist analog display.

Unlike typical smartwatches, the Off-Grid does not include fitness tracking or heart-rate sensors. Instead, the digital components support traditional watchmaking functions such as a perpetual calendar, GMT, split-seconds chronograph, moon phase, and sunrise/sunset information. The timepiece connects to iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth. A unique ‘Off-Grid selector’ at the 9 o’clock position allows users to access a country selector and a built-in dictionary featuring phrases in 21 languages. The total production is limited to 1,000 examples.
