Hồ Văn Khoa Sought by Bắc Ninh Police Over Khánh Sky Livestream Incident

Police in Bắc Ninh province are searching for Hồ Văn Khoa (born 1992, Hanoi resident) in connection with a livestream where Nguyễn Văn Hợi, known as Khánh Sky, harassed the family of Trần Đình Tiệp, nicknamed “Vua Quạt”, at his workshop in Tam Giang, Bắc Ninh. The livestream featured abusive language and threats, prompting the family to file a complaint. The incident originated after Bùi Xuân Huấn, known as “Hoa Hồng”, announced a charitable pledge linked to online support, which was later withdrawn. Hồ Văn Khoa, known for a “gangster‑online” persona, previously received a 39‑month prison sentence for public disorder after a 2021 shooting incident in Hải Dương. Police have asked the public to report his whereabouts.
