Ha Do Group acquires full ownership of Binh Gia Wind Power

Ha Do Group (HDG) has approved the acquisition of all remaining shares in Binh Gia Wind Power Joint Stock Company from shareholders Nguyen Trong Minh and Le Xuan Tuan. This transaction will grant Ha Do Group 100% ownership of the entity, which will subsequently transition into a limited liability company.

Binh Gia Wind Power is the legal entity responsible for the Binh Gia Wind Power Plant project in Lang Son province. The project has a designed capacity of 80 MW with a total investment of approximately 3,052.5 billion VND. Of this total, 610.5 billion VND is contributed as equity, while 2,442 billion VND is sourced from loans. The project is expected to be fully operational by the third quarter of 2028.

Following the transfer, Le Xuan Tuan, Deputy General Director of Ha Do, will serve as the representative to manage the group's total capital in the enterprise.
