Ha Long Bay hosts synchronized light and fireworks display

On the evening of August 27, a large-scale light and sound performance took place in Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The event featured 72 cruise ships that were simultaneously illuminated to create a synchronized display across the water.

The spectacle, described as a “light feast,” combined colorful lighting from the vessels with fireworks to celebrate the “Quang Ninh City Night.” Local ship owners and captains prepared their vessels and personnel in advance to ensure all safety and operational regulations were met for the performance. The event drew tourists who gathered to witness the intersection of modern light displays and the natural heritage of the bay.
