Ha-seong Kim clarifies disappointment was with self, not Dodgers

Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Ha-seong Kim addressed recent media reports regarding his dissatisfaction with his playing time. In a social media post, Kim clarified that his disappointment was directed at his own performance rather than the team or organization.

During his second season with the Dodgers, Kim appeared in 43 Major League games, recording a .259 batting average, one home run, 11 RBIs, and five stolen bases. Much of his season was spent in Triple-A, where he played 85 games.

Kim emphasized his commitment to the team, stating, “I love the Dodgers. And I have never been disappointed in this team. (Playing for the Dodgers) was a choice I made. And I have not regretted that choice for a single moment. My only disappointment was with myself.” He expressed gratitude to the fans and stated his intention to improve as both a person and a player for the final year of his contract next season.
