Ha Tinh conducts online lottery for social housing apartments

The Ha Tinh Development Investment Fund conducted an online lottery to determine purchasing rights and apartment locations for the second phase of a pilot social housing project in Thanh Sen Ward.

A total of 1,786 eligible applicants, including 262 priority cases, participated in four rounds of the online drawing to secure 509 apartments. The online format was selected to ensure transparency, minimize crowds, and reduce administrative errors.

The project consists of three 12-story buildings with a total floor area exceeding 46,000 square meters, alongside 41 three-story commercial houses and integrated infrastructure including greenery and sports facilities. The process was monitored by an interdisciplinary council including representatives from the Department of Construction, provincial police, and provincial inspectors to ensure objectivity.
