Ha Tinh Diocese holds religious ceremonies and appointments

The Diocese of Ha Tinh has conducted several significant religious ceremonies and administrative updates. Bishop Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn presided over the official establishment of Na Parish, marking its transition from a local group to a formal parish. During the ceremony, Father Phêrô Phan Đình Huấn was appointed as the new parish priest.

In another event, Father Phêrô Phan Văn Đồng officially assumed his new roles as the parish priest of Ke Mui and the Dean of Ngan Pho. The ceremony included traditional liturgical rites such as the handing over of the church keys and the chair of the celebrant to symbolize his leadership and pastoral responsibility.

Additionally, the sixteenth class of seminarians from the Ha Tinh Diocese participated in their third spiritual retreat at Hoa My Parish. The retreat, themed ‘The Virtue of Poverty,’ focused on spiritual reflection and simplicity. The period concluded with a celebratory Mass at Tan Vinh Parish in honor of their patron, Saint Pope John XXIII.
