Ha Tinh enterprises seek nearly 23,000 workers

Ha Tinh province is experiencing a significant demand for labor as major industrial projects expand, particularly within the Vung Ang Economic Zone. Approximately 174 enterprises in the region are seeking to recruit nearly 23,000 workers.

Key recruiters include Formosa Ha Tinh Steel, which announced plans to hire 300 workers, and Vinfast, which recently saw over 400 applicants. Additionally, Vingroup is looking to recruit 5,680 workers, with a priority placed on local residents from Ha Tinh. Following recruitment, Vingroup intends to provide training to ensure workers meet specific job requirements.

The influx of large-scale projects is reportedly reversing previous migration trends, as workers who once left the province for other regions are now finding professional opportunities and competitive incomes locally.
