Ha Tinh implements measures to resolve urban traffic congestion

Ha Tinh authorities are implementing measures to address increasing urban traffic congestion in central wards, particularly during peak hours. Key intersections in Thanh Sen ward, such as Nguyen Cong Tru - Nguyen Du and Nguyen Huy Tu - Hai Thuong Lan Ong, have become hotspots for congestion due to a rise in private vehicles and poor driver awareness.

Colonel Ha Hai Long, Head of the Ha Tinh Provincial Traffic Police, noted that sudden surges in private cars and illegal parking narrow available road space, exacerbating the issue. To resolve this, the Traffic Police Department is deploying more personnel to key intersections and utilizing surveillance cameras to issue fines for illegal parking. Additionally, authorities are strictly enforcing restrictions on heavy vehicles and construction material trucks entering the urban core during peak hours.
