Ha Tinh labor market sees surge in recruitment and industrial opportunities

Ha Tinh province is experiencing a significant shift in labor trends, with major industrial projects in the Vung Ang Economic Zone creating new local employment opportunities.

VinFast is actively recruiting for its electric vehicle manufacturing plant in Ha Tinh, with plans to hire 3,000 personnel. More than 400 workers have already applied for positions at the company, which offers monthly salaries ranging from 10 to 18 million VND along with various benefits. Vingroup has also indicated a priority for Ha Tinh residents in its broader recruitment efforts for 5,680 workers.

Beyond the automotive sector, there is a high demand for labor across the province. Approximately 168 enterprises are seeking to fill over 23,000 job positions in the third quarter of 2026 across diverse industries. Additionally, local authorities are coordinating the selection of workers for the Korean agricultural and fishery sectors under the EPS program.
