Ha Tinh province conducts defense and memorial activities

Authorities in Ha Tinh province are intensifying efforts regarding regional defense and the recovery of fallen soldiers. Local leaders have called for decisive action in searching for, collecting, and identifying the remains of martyrs to prepare for the 80th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day in 2027. Recent efforts by the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command included the recovery of five Vietnamese volunteer soldiers' remains in Laos.

In addition to memorial work, the province is advancing military and infrastructure projects. This includes the appointment of 28 officers within the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command to strengthen defense capabilities and the launch of a “Digital Training Ground - Digital Soldier” model by the Huong Quang Border Guard Station. Furthermore, the Ministry of National Defense has approved a 225 billion VND project to construct a 15km road connecting Rao Tre in Ha Tinh to Ca Xen in Quang Tri province.
