HabitArt Architecture Studio unveils The Saffron Verandah House in Tamil Nadu
HabitArt Architecture Studio completed The Saffron Verandah House, a 2,700 ft² residential project in Shoolagiri, a quiet mango‑growing village in northern Tamil Nadu, India. The design incorporates an orchard of mature mango trees that creates a cooler micro‑climate, with light filtered through the canopy shaping the interior ambience.
The project, finished in 2025, was documented by Naresh and Nayan and features products from Fenesta, Jaquar India, Kota Stone, and Somany. Photographs and details were published in August 2026 on ArchDaily’s Spanish and Portuguese editions.
