Hablla announces Hablla One AI automation platform

Hablla has announced the launch of Hablla One, an AI-driven communication and automation platform designed for content creators, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), agencies, and franchise networks. The platform will be officially presented at the Sebrae Entrepreneur Fair, held from October 19 to 22, 2026, at the São Paulo Expo in Brazil.

A key feature of the platform is the Playbook, which utilizes natural language instructions to build conversational flows. This AI-first approach allows users to describe business rules, conversation objectives, and expected automation behaviors in plain language, which the system then transforms into interactive processes. This method applies “vibe coding” logic to conversational experiences, reducing the need for manual step-by-step configuration.

The launch coincides with data from Sebrae indicating that WhatsApp has become the primary sales and communication channel for 82% of micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses in Brazil, surpassing Instagram and Facebook.
