Habyt Vienna Aparthotel Opens in Vienna's Nordbahnviertel

The European hospitality brand Habyt launched its first Austrian location, Habyt Vienna, with a soft opening on 1 August 2026. The aparthotel at Bruno‑Marek‑Allee 26 in Vienna’s Nordbahnviertel offers 319 fully furnished studios across seven floors, designed for stays ranging from a few nights to several months.

Amenities include a 24‑hour reception, self‑check‑in terminals, laundry facilities, bike and luggage storage, as well as communal coworking and meeting spaces. A fitness centre, sauna, and additional wellness areas are planned for phased rollout, while a coffee shop and bistro are slated to open in the autumn.

The building features a green façade and roof, constructed with CO₂‑optimised concrete as part of a sustainable design approach. Its location provides easy foot access to the Praterstern transport hub and nearby leisure areas such as the Prater park and Danube Island, appealing to business travellers, expats, and project teams.
